This remains to be one of my favorite recipes and the proportions really worked out this time around.

Cooking
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Cook chicken until done. Set aside.
- Bell Peppers, add to pan.
- Onion, add to pan.
- Cornstarch, 1 T, whisked into Sauce.
- Add sauce to pan.
- Cook until sauce has thickened and bell peppers have softened.
- Chicken, add to pan.
- Remove from heat.
- Cashews, add to pan.
- Toss to coat with sauce.
