Preparation
Ingredients
- Garbanzo Beans, 1 can (15.5 oz)
- Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin, 1 teaspoon
- Garlic, Minced, 2 teaspoons
- Sun Dried Tomatoes packed in olive oil, 2 Tablespoons
- Cayenne Pepper Powder, a pinch to taste
- Water, as needed.
Cooking
- Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth, stirring as needed. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
