Beef and Bell Pepper stir-fry


This recipe is adapted from a recipe found on Chubbypanda.
Results


Ingredients
Prep DayDay Of
  • Bell Peppers, 3, sliced into strips
  • Onion, 1/2, chopped small
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Sugar, 1 Tablespoon
  • Sherry, 1 Tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Beef, sliced into strips








Preparation

  • Mix Marinade:
    • Sugar, 1 T
    • Sherry, 1 T
    • Sesame Oil, 1 t
    • Salt, 1 t
  • Bell Peppers, 3, sliced into matchsticks
  • Onion, 1/2, chopped small
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
  • Beef, defrost.








Cooking

  • Beef, slice into matchsticks. Add to marinade. Let sit 30 minutes.
  • To hot wok, add:
    • Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
    • Onion, 1/2, chopped small
    • Cook for 30 seconds
  • Add Beef, holding back as much marinade as possible.
  • Cook on each side.
  • Rinse bell peppers.
  • Add Bell Peppers.
  • Drizzle in marinade.
  • Cook until slightly softened.
