Serves 2. Each serving has approximately: 390 calories, 45g protein, 4.8g net carbs, 3.1g net carbs from vegetables, 5.9g total carbs, 1.1g fiber.
Ingredients

- Unsalted Butter, 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic, 1 clove, minced
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Chicken Broth, 1/4 cup
- Heavy Cream, 1/8 cup
- Sun dried tomatoes in oil, 1/4 cup drained
- Mushrooms, 1/2 cup, sliced
- Parmesan Cheese, 1/8 cup, grated
- Thyme, 1/8 teaspoon
- Oregano, 1/8 teaspoon
- Basil, 1/8 teaspoon

- Chicken Breasts, 2, Sous Vide
- 138° all day will be fine

- Combine in sauce pan, bring to boil and then simmer to reduce:
- Unsalted Butter, 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic, 1 clove, minced
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Chicken Broth, 1/4 cup
- Heavy Cream, 1/8 cup
- Sun dried tomatoes in oil, 1/4 cup drained
- Mushrooms, 1/2 cup, sliced (35g)
- Parmesan Cheese, 1/8 cup, grated (12g)
- Thyme, 1/8 teaspoon
- Oregano, 1/8 teaspoon
- Basil, 1/8 teaspoon (alternately 10g fresh basil)
